I believe every individual has a unique set of needs and goals. People seek therapy for any number of reasons. It is a privilege and honor to join people on their own journey of deeper understanding, resilience, and improved relationships.

I offer individual, family, and group psychotherapy along with supervision and consultation services. I have extensive training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, trauma informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialecticual Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Each individual and family has their own set of needs. It can take a few sessions to understand those needs and together we will create a treatment plan utilizing the treatment approach that fits the presenting problems. I use a social justice lens to explore intersectionalities of various identities that impact individuals, families, and communities. I have considerable experience in supporting individuals and families who have been impacted by trauma, complex medical diagnoses, serious mental illness, addiction, eating disorders and other mental and physical health challenges in the Denver metro and Boulder area.
